Gaol For Hermitage Theft

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Sept. 19. A 23-year-old waiter, Hardwick Godfrey Morris, was gaoled by Mr J. W. Kealy, S.M.. for 18 months at Auckland today for breaking into The Hermitage, Mount Cook, and stealing £l3O in cash. "The offence was a completely deliberate one in that he made a special trip from Auckland down to The Hermitage,” said the Magistrate.
