Shirley League of Mothers.

—There was a big attendance at the eleventh birthday party of the Shirley branch of the League of Mothers. Mrs I. Curliff presided. Items were given by the branch's drama group, led by Mrs G. Smith, and the choir, led by Mrs K. Andrews, who also sang a solo. Mr H. Beaumont spoke about his recent overseas trip.
