WORK STUDY SOCIETY

Formation In City A Work Study Society, believed to be the first in New Zealand, was formed at a meeting in Christchurch on Monday night The meeting, which was convened by Mr W. L. Russell, was attended by 45 persons. The aims, constitution, and organisation of the society were discussed by the meetign. but the formal drafting of these was passed over to a constitutional committee which will reoort to a second meeting in about a month Those elected to the constitutional committee were Messrs J Cansdale. B. F Casey. I. Clarke. D. B. Foster. B. Kaiser. D I. Laughton. J. A. Perry. I P. Quilter. J. P. G Rich, and W. L Russell.
