“Miss Wellington” Engaged
“The Press" Special Service DUNEDIN, June 8. The runner-up in the “Miss New Zealand’’ contest, Pauline McHugh, “Miss Wellington,” had a second reason for being happy. Her engagement to Mr Alister McLeod, a Martinborough sheepfarmer, was announced immediately after the finals in Dunedin.
