Picton avenue, Riccarton. offered on account of the estate of the late Francis Brown, was sold at public auction yesterday for £21.50 The property of 368 perches also included a garage together with a workshop and small office Bidding opened at £2500 and rose by two £lOO bids, two £5O bids, and two £25 bids to £2850 when it was sold
