A London pathologist. Dr C J C. Britton, addressed the British Medical Association’s conference today on “a practical approach to allergy " The address was given as the A B Pearson Memorial Oration

The oration was founded by the New Zealand Society of Pathologists in memory of Dr. A. B. Pearson, of Christchurch, who founded the first allergy clinic in New Zealand Dr. Pearson was a‘ great clinical pathologist who never forgo* that the manner in which the patient was dealt with was much more important than the tests taken for the patient’s allergy, said Dr Britton. .
