Two Properties Passed In
A 24%-acre property at Brooklands, 12 miles from Christchurch, was passed in at £2700 at public auction yesterday. Bidding opened at £2400 and rose by three £lOO bids when it was passed in. Improvements include a three bedroom house and two-stand cowbail with an attached dairy. It was offered on account of Mr F. D. Sullivan. A quarter-acre section also offered on account of Mr Sullivan was passed in at £lOO. The section is in Harbour road.
A light industrial property at 493 St. Asaph street, was passed in at auction for £1950. The bidding opened at £l5OO and rose by four £lOO bids and one £5O bid. The 16 perch section had a brick house on it.
