Siandra Again Wins Race IN.Z. Press Association— Copyright) HOBART, January 2. The 35ft Sydney sloop, Siandra, was declared the official winner of the sixteenth Syd-ney-Hobart yacht race yesterday. Siandra is only the second yacht in the history of the race to have won twice. Her other success was in 1958. She also won second division in the race in 1956. Siandra, owned and sailed by a Sydney engineer, Graham Newland, won from Kaleena, a 37ft New South Wales sloop owned and sailed by H. E. Godden, and the 35ft Sydney sloop, Malohi, owned and sailed by W. McEnally. Th<f 48-year-old Victorian cutter, Kurrewa IV, last night took the line honours in the race. She finished more than two hours ahead of her traditional rival, the 57ft Sydney cutter, Solo.
