FOOD EXHIBITION IN COLOGNE
N.Z. Export Produce On Display (New Zealand Press Association) WELLINGTON, September 24. A New Zealand food exhibition in Europe, the first to be sponsored by the Government, will open in the German cathedra] city of Cologne tomorrow. The display is being c taged at Europe’s bi-annual general exhibition of fine foods and provisions. The Dairy Products Marketing Commission and the Meat Producers' Board are cooperating to stage the exhibition. The New Zealand stand will feature choice food exports, including dairy produce, meats and a wide range of canned and deep frozen foods. Two German-speaking New Zealanders studying at Berlin University, Miss Patrician Lopdell. of Invercargill, and Dr. Peter Becroft, of Auckland, will man the display.
