NEW PLYMOUTH, Jan. 22. A total of 64 teams had qualified for post-section play, starting tomorrow, when the last two of the eight rounds of section play in the Taranaki Bowling Centre’s annual open fours tournament were completed today A westerly wind, rather stronger than on the earlier days of the tourney, -allied to particular!v fast greeds, made conditions even more testing than usual. Eight of the qualifiers—T. T. Skoglund (Carlton), A. Willis (Walton), J. Turton (Huntly), L. Bennoch (Fitzroy), N. Borich (Hamilton) E Martin (Paritutu), F. Loredo (National Service), and A. J. Paterson (Manaia) —were undefeated.
