Human Rights
Sir.—Property rights are vital to Western survival—not, how-' ever, through retention but through excision from any Bill of Human Rights as affecting the larger world populace. Not alone is the security of personal possession menaced by Marxist spcialism but—as anti-colonialism —by the pigmented section of mankind. , Such private reservations in foreign-ownership have become hotly disputed wherever the system promoted by the white-man persists. This opposition can be expected to intensify and expand. It seems we may well find our security, both presently and as spiritually accountable beings, depending upon where we personally draw the line of proprietorship.—Yours, etc., FRANCISjWm. HEAL.
