One Killed, Two Hurt In Collision

(New Zealand Press Association) LEVIN, December 29. A young girl was killed and two ’others were injured in a collision between two cars at the intersection of Queen street and Arataepae road, Levin, about 5.15 p.m. today. The accident involved nine persons and the others suffered minor cuts and abrasions. The dead girl was: Margaret Campion, aged 12, daughter of Mr and Mrs J. R. Campion, Kent street, Levin. Those admitted to hospital were Mrs Campion, the mother of the dead girl, and Mrs Johnston, of Wellington, the mother of Mrs Campion.
