Overtime Ban At London Airport
LONDON, May 25. About 2000 hangar and maintenance »en today began an overtime ban at the London airport, threatening a gradual slow-down of British Overseas Airways Corporation services. The men—members of nine different unions—decided on the move late last Bight to back demands for another 6d an hour on overtime payments. 8.0.A.C. offered them 2d. Airport officials said today that the services had not so far been affected, but departure times might be upset in a few days.
