BERLIN, May 25. The chemical dye “butter-yellow,” used decades ago, has been found into cancer and is no longer used anywhere in the world, the paper asits readers. The conclusion is substantially cor-
rect, according to the New Zealand Dairy Products Marketing Commission. The yellow colour of the butter is not due to any chemical additive, but is an inherent quality in New Zealand pastures on which the cows feed the whole year round.
