C. television programmes. will help to publicise New Zealand meat to the British consumer. He has prepared a book of recipes for cooking New Zealand meat, and 5,000,000 copies are to be distributed throughout Britain. "This is but one of the advertising and publicity projects planned by the Meat Board during the next 12 months," said Mr J. D, Ormond, chairman of the board, at the annual meeting of the Meat aifd Wool Boards' electoral committee. “The budget for advertising this year amounts to approximately £90,000. Window displays In more than 30,000 butchers’ shops and a public relations campaign are other projects aimed at Increasing the confidence and educating the British public in the superior quality of New Zealand meat
