ISSUE OF DEBENTURES AND SHARES The Tasman Pulp and Paper Company Limited (a company incorporated in Now Zealand under the Companies Act, 1993) ylth its registered office at Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland, has Authorised Capital of 6.000,000 shares of £1 and Issued Captial of 1,700.044 shares of £1 each. It is now Issuing 500.000 Ordinary Shares of £1 each at par, which can be tures at par which will be issued for amount of £lOO or multiples thereof, redeemable on the 30th September. 1964. Copies of the Prospectus giving full details of the issue together with forms of application may be obtained from any Member of the Stock Exchange, from any Bank, and from the Company's office. Subscription lists Win open on 30th August, 1954; and close on 30th September/iBM, or on such earlier date as the directors may determine.
