TURBINE CAR FROM ITALY.—Italy has now followed Britain in the building of an experimental gas turbine-powered motor-car. This photograph shows the new Fiat model as it was demonstrated at Caselle last week. The car has no gears: accelerator and brake pedals only are fitted. The two-seater’s top speed is more than 150 miles an hour.
