Sir,—Are mental hospitals the right place for old persons with failing memory, not responsible for" what they or do, but often in a normal state of mind and capable of voting. Should not persons suffering from this kind of infirmity be provided with a home where they can exercise their vote, as Jhey have done in the P ast - Would the Minister of Justice comment on this letter?—Yours, etc. „ . fair play.
