HEATHCOTE VALLEY AND HOROTANE To improve and extend the water supply in its Heathcote and Horotane tidings, the Heathcote County Council authority to raise a loan of xauOO for the Heathcote work and a of £4lOO for Horotane The council proposes that when the schemes are approved the Charge to consumers will be increased in Heathcote from Is Cd to 2s a 1000 gallons where meters are installed.
