TOKYO. October 21. Lieutenant-Gqneral William Harrison. the chief United Nations Command delegate at the Korean armistice talks, said today: “I do not believe that any man can be a thoroughgoing Communist without being a common criminal.” He said that he would include the enemy truce team at Panmunjon in that class, and he added: "You cannot deal with them like you would with an honourable man.”
