EXHIBITION AT CHRISTCHURCH
MAYOR OF AUCKLAND URGES HASTE (New Zealand Press Association) AUCKLAND. July 4. The people of Britain apparently did not agree with the Christchurch view of the world situation or they would have had no festival. It would take years to prepare for an exposition, whenever it was decided to hold one. In those years anything could happen. He said that Auckland was prepared to go ahead with a 1954-1955 outh Seas exposition if Christchurch Allum added that he had * received a totter n for Christchurch s fed™*g . *e up its nrfnd whether to hold an exposition or not
