NURSE AND DOCTOR FATALLY BURNED

LONDON. May 27. A doctor and a nurse were burned to death when trapped bv fire at a London hospital to-day. The nurse's charred body was found in the operating theatre in which she was the nurse on duty. The body of the doctor was found just inside the donr of a laboratory in which the explosion which caused the fire occurred.

- One hundred patients were evacuated from the hosnitaL Women knelt in the streets and prayed as nurses and firemen carried the patients to safetv. Firemen rushed from all over London and kent thn fire to one section of the buPding. They got it under control in an hour.
