BREAKDOWN DENIED

LONDON. May 25. A spokesman for the British Treasury ans Canada House to-day categorically denied a report that the wheat talks in London between Canada and the United Kingdom had broken down. Grain experts also denied the breakdown. but said that no agreement had yet been reached.
