He said that the trend could be attributed to la.it September's devaluation moves, the switch irom a sellers’ to a buyers’ market, and the steppingup of production in Western Europe. Mr Black announced that the Netherlands. Italy. Mexico. Honduras. El Salvador, and Paraguay had now agreed to make their currencies available to the International Bank, bringing to 12 the number of countries which have granted permission for the use of all or part of their ow4i currency subscriptions in the bank’s lending operations. The other countries are Britain, the United States. Canada. Belgium. Denmark, and France.
