EARLY ELECTION MAY BE FORCED I (Rec 7 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Dec. 22. The Liberal Party and the Country Party will contest all 65 seats in the Victorian Legislative Assembly at next year’s State General Election. Each party will seek a mandate to govern in its own right. w As the result of the defection ot most of the Country Party members, Hollway Government of Liberals, with some Country Party adherents, has been in a minority, and has sur- , I vived several crises. i If the Holl way Ministry sees out its full term, the election will fall next November, but indications are that an ‘ election will be forced when Parliament reassembles early next year. • ’
