FORMER BULGARIAN ARMY LEADERS
REPORTED ARREST IN SOFIA
(Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, November 5. The Belgrade correspondent of the British United Press says that reports from Sofia say that the former Chief of Staff of the Bulgarian Army (General Kinov) is in prison in Sofia awaiting trial on a charge of refusing to accept Russian orders to commit a big number of Bulgarian troops for action against Jugoslavia. General Bolgaramov, formerly head of the army’s political department, is also reported to be in prison.
