(Rec. 11.30 p.m.) LONDON, October 15. “Russia is threatening to walk out of the United Nations and take her satellite Eastern European countries with her,” says the diplomatic correspondent of the “Sunday Dispatch.” “The Soviet delegation at the United Nations has informally advised the United States Government that such a walk-cut will take place if Jugoslavia is elected this week to the vacant seat on the Security Council"
