PASTEURISATION
Sir, —Pasteurisation again! We want fresh milk and cream. Why do seme people keep on about tuberculosis in cows? We used not to hear so much about it years ago, or in people either. If cows have it. why not sheep ard .horses and pigs? If tuberculosis is prevalent, may it not be caused by senseless dressing? I often pity children—boys and girls with little clothing 'from hip to ankle, even in winter, women often without stockings, toes, heels and other bits out of their shoes, no hats in rain or cold wind—ves, and men too. without hats. Possibly those who wish to force pasteurisation on everyone are trying to arouse fear without any real justification for il There is a verse somewhere in the Bible that “in the latter days there ’shall be fear in the .world.” Is this one o' its evidences?—Yours, etc., HONOR BRIGHT.
