UNDEFENDED DIVORCE PETITIONS
A decree nisi was granted to the petitioner, on the ground stated, in the following petitions for divorce heard by Mr Justice Fleming in the Supreme Court yesterday:— Separation: Maude Elena Barrs (Mr A. W. Brown) v. Charles Noel Barrs; Rona Jean Drummond (Mr A. W. Brown) v. Charles Robert Drummond; Joyce Irene Gousmett (Mr A. N. Mackay) v. Jack Elvine Gousmett; Eric Peal Genn (Mr A. H. Cavell) v. Florence Margaret Genn; Edna Elaine Round (Dr. A. L. Haslam) v. Thomas Albert Lawrence Round.
Failure to comply with decree for restitution of conjugal rights: Desmond Charles Parker (Mr E. S. Bowie) v. Joan Augusta Parker.
