TRADE TALKS WITH RUSSIA
POSSIBLE RESUMPTION BY BRITAIN LONDON, October 2. Diplomatic discussions are going on to find a basis for the early resumption of the British and Soviet trade negotiations, says the “Evening News.” It is believed that when the Soviet Ambassador (Mr G. N. Zarubin) returned to London this week from Moscow he brought a, message which may speed the reopening of the negotiations.
