DEMONSTRATORS PREVENT OPENING OF CONGRESS (Rec. 7 p.m.) MILAN. June 9. Army tanks, troops and police went Into action in Cremona to-aay to quell crowds of left-wing supporters who prevented the opening of the provincial congress of the Right-wing Uomo Qualunque (Common Man) Party. Many injured persons were treated in hospital.
