AUSTRALIAN WHEAT CONTRACT
Sir,—l must ask “Mairzy Doats” to reread my letter. I did not state that “New Zes land was paying 15s Hid for Australian wheat” I merely quoted the Australian price, which has now gone to 16s a bushel. I also quoted the American price. 16s 2jd. The Australian Minister of Agriculture, Mr Pollard, questioned on the above t saic that “no man knew what the price would be at the end of the year.”—Yours, etc., " REMEMBRANCE. May 7. 1947.
