FRENCH RESISTANCE GROUPS
GOVERNMENT DECREE (Rcc. 10 p.m.) LONDON. Oct. 29. The French Government has ordered the dissolution of the “Patriotic Militia," the Communist resistance movement which worked with the French Fqrces of the Interior. A French Government decree also outlaws all the remaining armed groups 'in France which have not affiliated with the army or the police. Members of the groups have been ordered to hand over their arms and report at Government training centres. The decree says "the period of insurrection is over.”
