LOOTING OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES
ITALIAN HEALTH CRISIS AVOIDED (8.0. W.) RUGBY, Oct. 28. “Italy was almost completely stripped of most of her medical supplies when the Germans looted the Institute Chimio e Earmaceutuco Militare and carried off hundreds of tons of supplies,” says a correspondent in Italy. "Only the prompt action of the Allies in dispatching hundreds of tons of supplies saved the people from a serious health crisis. To date some 4800 tons of medical supplies have reached Italy from America.”
