VIOLIN SCHOLARSHIP

AWARD TO CHRISTCHURCH pupil A scholarship valued at £l5O annually, for two years, tenable at the Royal College of Music, London, has been awarded to Miss Nancy Alison Brown (violin), a pupil of Mr W. Hutchens. Christchurch. The award was made on the recommendation of Mr Wesley Roberts and Mr Lloyd Powell, examiners for the year 1941, and is held in abeyance for the duration of the war, nr until such time as it becomes possible for the winner to travel to England.
