1 THEFT AND RECEIVING (P.A.) DUNEDIN. September 14. Five youths charged with offences involving large sums, were dealt with in the Children’s Court. Four of them were charged with the theft of £650 from a dwelling at Dunedin, and with stealing £3O 10s at Christchurch One of them was charged with breaking and entering at Christchurch, and the fifth boy was charged with receiving £25, The four boys concerned in the major charge were committed to the care of th’ Superintendent of Child Welfare, and the fifth was placed under the supervision of the local child welfare o&ror for two years.
