0 55 WOUNDED RETURN TO DUTY (Received January 13, 9 p.m.) WASHINGTON, January 12. The commanding general, the Hawaiian Lieutenant-Gen-eral Delos Emmons, advises that 55 of the 397 soldiers wounded in the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour on December 7 have recovered and have returned to duty. The early recovery of most of the others is expected.
