BANK MANAGER IN COURT
CHARGE OF PRESENTING LOADED FIREARM (P.A.) DUNEDIN, November 24. Ernest Alexander Winchester, a bank manager, appeared in the Lawrence Magistrate’s Court to face charges of presenting a loaded firearm at Mervyn James Barr, of assault, and of carrying a pistol without licence. Accused was remanded to appear on Friday morning, bail being allowed in his own recognisance of £SO and one other surety of £SO.
