COMPULSORY HOME GUARD?
Sir,—l think it is quite time the Home Guard was made compulsory. After all, the Territorials are compelled to serve as are men for over- : seas. and there are compulsory loans. etc; 1 Quite a lot of men in my own district; have ; hot yet joined up. and in an emergency they would not know the 5 first thing to be done.
