Sir.—l am living’ in, Opawa, close to ‘ the, church, and. the whole of my back Carden is floodlighted at night by two lights at Wilsons road. I often wonder how far out at sea these brilliant . lights can be seen. Are we to have a bldck-out here, and if so, will these beacons be allowed to remain. They are quite ■ close to some places that . would ;be desirable targets for an . enemy A-Yours, etc., ; . RESIDENT. April 30, 1941. . ’
