CENTENNIAL RIBBONS
TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS. Sir, —Could you please inform me what qualifications are necessary to entitle a person to a centennial ribbon? I know a lady who will be 75 years of age in April next, and who .was born in and has lived in New Zealand all her. life. Is she entitled to a ribbon, and, if so, to whom should application be made?— Yours, etc., INQUIRER. February 8, 1940. •
