BANKRUPTCY ACT BREACHES
MAN FOUND GUILTY ON SIX CHARGES (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, July 19. The hearing of 10 charges involving alleged breaches of the Bankruptcy Act against Harry Vivian Smith was concluded in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Smith to-day. The accused was found guilty on six of the counts and was remanded for sentence. ___________
