Bertram Gillman. a labourer, aged 22, for the theft of a violin from a motor-car, valued at £SO, was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment by Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M., and for the theft of a racing bicycle at Te Awamutu, valued. at £ls, to three months’ imprisonment, the terms to be concurrent. - 1
