NEW TRADE AGREEMENT* SOUGHT REPLACEMENT OF OTTAWA : PACT (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) RUGBY, February 3. Sir Zafrullah Khan, a commerce member of the Viceroy’s Executive Council, resumed the discussions with the Board of Trade on the negotiation of a new trade agreement with India to replace the Ottawa Pact of 1932. It is understood that the position has now been greatly clarified, and progress is being made towards a settlement of this outstanding question.
