CONSTITUTION OF CEYLON
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIRELESS.) RUGBY, February 3. In answer to a question in the House of Commons, the Colonial Secretary (Mr H. Ormsby-Gore) stated he had asked the Governor of Ceylon to report fully on the working of the Constitution of the colony. On receipt of the report, he will consider the advisability of the appointment of a commission, to consider various proposals for amendment that he has received from Ceylon. '
