PARTIAL RESTORATION OF WAGES CUT
BRITISH RAILWAY WORKERS 1 DISPUTE ENDED (beitish omcuL wra«LB3S.; RUGBY, August 12. The wages dispute of workers on the British railways has been settled through a decision reached by delegates to the National Union of Railwaymen at a special meeting at London yesterday, when by 56 votes to 23, it was agreed to accept the findings of the national tribunal, by which li per cent, of the remaining 2k per cent, of the cut in wages imposed in the 1931 economic crisis is to be restored.
