CONCESSION FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS (BBiTia* orncui. «i*«lbs».-) RUGBY, August 7, Arrangements have been made again for free passport visas to be given tb overseas buyers intending to visit the British Industries Fair at London and Birmingham in February. The concession will be ex* tended to include the Wives of buyers and children under 18 years of age, even if they travel on separate passports.
