SOCIAL AND PERSONAL Mr and Mrs W. N. Bond <Dur,robin. Southland) will be the guests of Mrs p A Elworthy (Gordon's Valley) tor the wedding of Miss Denderah Rhodes and Mr Edward Elworthy next week. Miss Joan Turnbull, who was the guest of Mrs Hunter-Weston (Mount John Tekapo), has returned home. Mr' and Mrs A. Targuse and the Misses Targuse have left for Auckland, where" they wiil reside. Mrs Douglas Barker (Kaikoura), who was the guest of her mother, Mrs W. E. Gibson (Elizabeth street), returned home yesterday. Sir R. Heaton Rhodes and Miss V.
