FUNERAL
REV. HENRY WILLIAMS The funeral of the Rev. Henry Williams, who died on Saturday at the age of 94 years, was held yesterday morning. Mr Williams had been living in retirement for the last 24 years. During his active service in the Anglican ministry he had been vicar at St. Albans, as minister at St. Matthew's, at Prebbleton, and at Templeton. Before the funeral left for the Linwood Cemetery a requiem service was held at St. Michael's Church, Oxford terrace. The service at the church was conducted by the vicar, the Rev. Charles Perry, assisted by the Rev. F. N. Taylor, of St. Luke's Church. The chief mourners were Canon H. Williams, Mr R. R. Williams, Mrs J. Blythe, and Miss Williams. The pall-bearers at the church and at the cemetery were Messrs T. H. Williams, F.J. Williams, H. R. Williams, and W. Harding (grandsons). Among those who attended were: Messrs H. W. Heslop, F. George, G. Woodham, A. G. lnnes, W. A. Pierr, J. E. Woodham, Lloyd Brian, J. Goddard, S. R. Cuming, the Rev. G. L. Harold, Dr. C. Coleridge Farr, and Dr. D. E. Hansen.
