POULTRY PRODUCERS' ASSOCIATION

♦— BURWOOD BRANCH Mr J. Liggins presided cvc.c (he : monthly meeting of the Burwood branch of the New Zealand Poultry Producers' Federation, last evening. More than 30 members were present. Messrs J. Birchfield, E. Brown, F. Wetherall, A. Milligan, L. Wetherall, and W. Pearson were elected members. Mr J. Byers reported on a mooting of the district council, and stated that the rules submitted by the Burwoqd branch had been adopted by practically all the branches. Mr C. Cusson, Government poultry inspector for the South Island, adr dressefl the meeting, 1 and congratulated the district on forming a branch. After his address, which dealt at length on matters of interest to the poultry industry, Mr Cusson was accorded a hearty vote of thanks.
